The first time I met with Paige, I had a brand new baby on my hip. We had coffee and talked about how she and Donald met, how he proposed, and some of the details of their upcoming wedding. It is such a blessing when I meet clients who I just know are a perfect fit. They are both so excited specifically about their wedding photography and that makes me even more excited for their wedding day!

Fast forward to their engagement session – I met Paige & Donald at Paige’s family farm near Fayetteville. We had already rescheduled because of weather and the forecast wasn’t looking great for our new date, either. We decided to shoot for as long as we could and make the most of the day. Towards the end we got a little wet, but these two were such troopers! I love when my clients are laid back and adventurous. It paid off in these images – I love the storm clouds in the field pictures so much and we wouldn’t have captured those shots if we’d stayed inside.

Paige and Donald, I can’t wait for your May wedding! Thank you for inviting us to your farm and making this shoot so much fun! You two are wonderful together and I know you’ll have an amazing, adventurous, spontaneous life together!
