As a mom of four who has had very different pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences, I know how important community and support is. This membership aims to provide that alongside quality education and resources.

You will have access to an online community of mothers and birth professionals as well as resources and expert education.
As a birth professional, it's so important you know just how this process works - by knowing my process, we establish trust and comfort: the two most important elements of our relationship.
The Process
INQUIRY EMAIL
I receive an email from you with all of your birth information: estimated due date, location, and desires for your birth.
PHONE CALL
We schedule a phone call to chat about your pregnancy and birth plan. This is one of my favorite parts!
CONSULTATION
We get to meet in person (or via Zoom)! This is when we make sure all of your questions have been answered before we get your due date on my calendar!

PROPOSAL & QUESTIONNAIRE
I'll send you an online proposal (invoice & contract) and questionnaire for you to fill out.
prenatal visit
I will come to you for one prenatal. This visit will consist of childbirth education, reviewing your birth plan, and coming up with tools to help you feel prepared and excited to give birth.
I'm on call
It's almost time to meet your baby! I am on-call for you 24/7 from 38 weeks until baby's arrival. If your baby comes early, I'll do everything I can to be there, too!

labor & birth
I will come to you during active labor and support you through your labor (and up to 2 hours afterward) both emotionally and physically.
birth story
Some clients find a lot of value in talking through their birth story with those who were there. I'd love to have a phone call to answer questions or go over how it all unfolded.
postpartum visit
As your doula, I will provide postpartum support and resources to help you through this new journey as a mama. I'm always available to help!

Once enrollment closes, you will have access to the HeldMama Community for three months before it opens back up again, but you are welcome to continue your membership once the first three months have ended.
Spaces in Tier Three are very limited as there is a 1:1 component. Tier One & Tier Two are open to all and the more the merrier!
