You’ve booked a session with LJP. The date, location, and outfits have all been chosen. You’re really looking forward to your session and can’t wait to see the final images. But what happens after that? What are you going to do with your images? Do you plan to display them or just leave them sitting on a USB? Do you want to create a beautiful heirloom album that you can pass down to your children one day or do you only want to share them on Facebook? These are questions you should answer even before the first photo has been taken.

Heirloom Products

I believe that images should be printed and shared in a tangible way, not just on the internet. Family photos on your walls creates a sense of home. Albums of your child’s first moments are a beautiful way to tell that story and share it with them as they get older.

Now, having said all that, I also understand how fun and exciting it is to share your images with friends and family online. Maybe you have family that you don’t see often and want to show them your images. Maybe you have friends across the country whom you haven’t seen in a while but you know they’d love to see the photos from your baby’s newborn session. This is where your digital files come in. I offer several ways for you to obtain those precious digital files and share online:

First, for every product you purchase, you also get the web-sized file for that particular image – perfect for sharing! Secondly, once you’ve invested a certain amount of money, you’ll receive all of your digital files as a “thank you.” Third, you can purchase all of your digital files after your session. I understand that some people prefer the digital images to printed ones and if that’s you, I want to make sure I serve you just as well as I serve other clients. I wholeheartedly believe in tangible products and images, but I can’t deny that we live in a digital society. It’s just as important to be able to share online as it is to share in-person.

Framed Prints & Gallery Wall Collections

A great way to display your images are up on the wall in beautiful frames! I’m so happy to offer many beautiful options for framing and gallery wall collections. I even offer installation with any gallery wall collection purchase! The last thing I want is for you to order your framed prints and then have the chore of hanging them yourself. I know your time is valuable and especially if you have children, it’s just hard to find the time for ALL the things on your “to do” list. So let me (and my sweet husband, Vaughan) come over and hang your images in the perfect spot! We’ll measure the wall, hang your gallery, and make sure it’s just right. Vaughan is an engineer and a perfectionist so you know he’ll do a great job!

Legacy Albums & Hardcover Books

Albums and Hardcover Books are a perfect way to tell the story of your session in a tangible way. The difference between albums and books are the inside pages. Legacy Albums have hard, flushmount pages while the Hardcover Books have soft, flexible pages. Some sessions are too intimate (birth sessions come to mind) for the wall. Sometimes you just don’t have room on your walls for a new gallery. Enter, the album. All of my books and albums are handmade with beautiful linen covers and include hand calligraphy by Sage Paper Co. Every time I order an album for a client, I secretly want to keep it for myself. They truly are STUNNING!

Matted Folios

A Matted Folio is a perfect way to display a couple photos on a table top instead of on the wall. They can easily be folded and laid on a coffee table (like a book) or placed on a bookshelf or mantle when you’d like to display them. Simple and beautiful, you cannot go wrong with a folio.
