Last weekend was bridal shower #2. My Matron of Honor, Samantha and my Maid of Honor/Sister, Kristin, put together a Marie Antoinette themed party! It was the most adorable thing ever! It was so great to see my friends and family all in one place for the second time. It just makes me even more excited for the big day! I’m so grateful to everyone who came to the shower and for their generosity! It is such a great feeling having all of your loved ones around you! It doesn’t happen often and I’m making sure to savor these times. So here are some photos of the shower taken by Vaughan and Kristin:

Other happenings this week: florist meeting, vow writing, and Lucy is coming to town!! Lucy is one of my bridesmaids and one of my best friends! We lived in the Honors Dorm together at UNCW and now she lives in Ann Arbor (and will soon be moving to Australia) so I don’t get to see her much. She’ll be here for one day only and I’m so excited!! So now I’m off to plan some fun things for us to do!
