Baby and Company

I cannot put into words how excited I am that Baby + Company is opening their newest location in Winston-Salem, just 10 minutes down the road from me! Not only is this a beautiful space for birthing, it will also be a place that fosters community in the Triad. The midwives and staff are all so sweet and welcoming – you’ll feel right at home.

You may remember that I went to the Baby + Co. in Cary when I was pregnant with my son (read my full birth story here) so I have a soft spot in my heart for all of the ladies involved in this amazing company.

I had the opportunity to take some images of their new space and I wanted to share them with you! Below you’ll see a peek at the birth center. This is a birthing suite, one of the classrooms, the waiting area, and even their ultrasound machine.

Tomorrow (June 24th, 2017), they’ll be hosting their Grand Opening event from 10am-1pm. I’ll be there showcasing some of my work and talking to expecting mommas about the benefits of birth photography. There *may* also be some coupons involved if you come out to see me! It’s going to be such a fun morning! They’ll have balloon animals and face-painting for the kids, tours for everyone, and lots of amazing partners with great information.

Their amazing, home-like birthing suites where you can welcome your baby into the world.

Each room has an oil diffuser/sound machine for you to make yourself completely comfortable.Soaking tubs for labor and birth – I love that they all have bath pillows, as well!

They have the ability to do ultrasounds in-house so you don’t have to go anywhere else during your prenatal appointments!

Their large classrooms are perfect for birth, breastfeeding, and new mom classes.
